1 General Terms & Conditions

Fv444 (bundles fv444.pro) is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between fv444 and its users.

2 Account Register

To register on fv444, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be cancelled at any time.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts and their balances being forfeited.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

• Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
• Parents, please ensure your children cannot access fv444 or similar platforms.
• Fv444 may request a copy of your National ID card or passport for age verification.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on fv444 are currently available via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• A minimum deposit amount applies; limits may vary depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours after verification.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, fv444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals.
• Deposits are completely free; however, the payment provider's own charges may apply.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus applies once to the first deposit only and is available to new members exclusively.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirement for each bonus has been met.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on fv444 are powered by a fair and impartial RNG (Random Number Generator). Game outcomes are entirely random and never predetermined.

• Live Casino games run in real time — once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, all related bets will be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fv444 platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure.

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal fund transfer.
• Using bots or automated software to play games or collect bonuses.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical glitches for personal gain.
• Cooperative betting or match-fixing with other users.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Fv444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances.

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Submitting false or forged documents during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (generally 12 months).
• When the user has submitted a self-exclusion request.
• Due to a court order or legal obligation.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) is generally refunded; however, balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to a violation.

9 Limitation of Liability

Fv444 accepts no liability for the following.

• Loss on a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's own negligence.
